We’re looking forward to perfecting our cocktail-making skills over the holidays, and here’s one we had to share!

Don’t be fooled – it may look like winter, but this White Christmas Margarita tastes like summer! With coconut, tequila, fresh lime juice, triple sec and pomegranate seeds.
We think it’s the perfect drink for sun-filled Christmas celebrations.
 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups coconut cream

1 cup silver tequila

½ cup coconut milk

½ cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)

⅓ cup triple sec

¼ cup honey

pomegranate seeds and rosemary for garnish

METHOD | Serves 6

• In a large pitcher, add the coconut cream, tequila, coconut milk, lime juice, triple sec and honey. Use a whisk to stir everything until combined.

• Rub glass rims with lime, then dip in sugar, salt or both.

• Serve the margaritas in a glass over ice and garnish with lime, pomegranate seeds and rosemary. Enjoy!
