Set on the edge of the manicured fairways and rolling hills of Wainui Golf Course, this new build naturally takes its cues from the dramatic outlook, views that shift with the light and the seasons, offering a breathtaking backdrop for a truly refined family sanctuary.

With architectural plans completed by award-winning LTD Architectural Design Studio and the Maddren Homes build team in place, the clients engaged KFD Interiors to elevate the vision into a contemporary, design-led home for relaxed everyday living.

Durability and function were essential, but the home also needed to express the clients’ personality and lifestyle. Every material, finish and furnishing would need to stand up to the realities of family life while delivering a home that was as stylish as it was practical, a home that would feel distinctly theirs.
