(Within central Auckland, North Shore or virtually. Travel fees may apply outside this area)

• Prioritising areas for attention.

• Reviewing your floor plans.

• Help with material selections, colours and finishes.

• A second opinion to make sure your initial selections “work”.

• Direction with furniture placement and selection.

• Ideas of where to shop.

2. new builds

Creating your dream home

Using experience and expertise, we remove the overwhelm, so that you can get excited for your new home journey. Delivering full design specifications from finishes to flooring to feature lighting.

Our new build process includes:

• Style concept - creating a vision and design direction for your home.

• Selections and specifications - working through the myriad of options available to source and select the best finishes, fixtures and fittings for your home. 

• Procurement - providing quotations and managing the detailed procurement process for items required.

• Documentation - creating full documentation of the specifications to help ensure the builders and trades execute our vision.

4. furniture & FURNISHINGS

Creating wow-worthy rooms

Considering every detail, from floor plans to accessories, to elevate how you live in your home. Curating the best fabrics, furniture and furnishings from local and international suppliers, unique to you and your home.

Tailored to the brief and scope of work | from $5,000 + GST

Furniture & Furnishing curation will usually include:

• Selections - recommendations and floor plans presented on design boards.

• Sampling -  a full sampling box to allow you to immerse yourself in the colours, textures and finishes of your furnishings. 

• Procurement - taking care of all the logistics, providing quotations and managing the detailed procurement process.
